My fiancé and I have lived here for two years and we never had a problem. If anything, pest control, emergency services, security, etc. has always been on top of any request we've had. The only request we didn't have fulfilled was when they offered deep carpet cleaning during our lease renewal and we didn't get it. Not that big of a deal. We had a few issues with plumbing (flooding, drips, etc) and they always had someone come by ASAP. Didn't matter if it was 2 AM or 2 PM - someone always came by. The worst part of this place is the neighbors, but you can't control them. Luckily, the apartment manager is always willing to help with that as well. We just moved out on the Nov 30, 2024. It's been a wonderful two years there and I have nothing bad to say about it. SO MUCH BETTER than anything VALIANT MANAGEMENT OT ARDEN APARTMENTS CAN DO, that's for sure <3

Decent first apartment. Have been living here for two years now, and looking to move out soon. The only issue is when i first moved in. I'm unaware of how long the unit had been vacant, but when I moved in, there were cockroaches and brown recluse. Initially, my request for pest control was not taken very seriously, even though I am a clean individual and was not the cause of the infestation. They sent a maintenance worker to "fix" the issue two-three times and nothing actually solved the issue. I insisted that they sent professionals, and my request was taken lightly once more until I ultimately threatened to withhold rent due to how bad the infestation had gotten. (I'm talking, turn on the light and watch them scatter/climb up the wall.) And it's terrifying to realize that there are more than one brown recluse inhabiting your bathroom at a time despite 0 clutter. After that bump, everything went fine and I haven't had any issues. Would recommend to friends and family, but would follow it up with the advice of "document everything."
