This home is at the top of the hill on 37th Street with views looking toward TV Hill. If you know Hampden, then you know it's a walk to everything including the commuter rail. The living room is a fair size with a brand new carpet. The kitchen has updated cabinets and countertops, a new dishwasher, a storage pantry closet and plenty of room for a table. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bath. None of the bathroom features are original. The tub, shower surround, toilet, vanity and floor are updated. The back bedroom is the smaller one with the original closet. The master is in the front and has both the original closet and a large double door mirrored closet. The upstairs is original hardwood floors. The basement has the washer dryer and plenty of room for storage, crafts etc. Outback is a fenced yard. This home is solid. Nothing bling but it is a really convenient location in a residential neighborhood and it features all the parts a home should have. Pets considered for an additional pet rent. Available now.
