Also has 5 foot marble topped vanity with overhead mirror, medicine cabinet and plenty of storage space. The hallway area has 3 closets so there is plenty of room for clothing and storage, a rare find in vintage downtown homes. This cottage is bright and sunny since it has 7 French doors and large double paned windows. You also have your own private bricked patio and garden area completely fenced in with locking gate. Onsite parking is included along with outdoor storage unit for bicycles. You will fall in love with this cottage home! 1 or 2 year lease options, owner pays for pest control, water/sewage and common area lawn service. Tenant is responsible for electricity (own meter), trash and garbage pick-up, cable and internet-WIFI.
