Hola me llamo Maria y vivo en Colonial Apartments tengo un ano viviendo aqui y eh estado muy agusto el area es muy tranquilo los vecinos soy muy resevados y amables entorno al equipo de mantenimiento soy muy serviciales y arreglan las cosas en el tiempo justo y siempre estan dispuetos a ayudar aunque no tenemos manager en esta propiedad la Senora Dolores siempre responde a nuestras llamadas y Enrique siempre se encuentra disponible cuando anda haciendo llamadas aqui, Gracias por el buen servicio proporcionado!!!!

Do live here unless you want your hard earned money to be stolen by the temporary property managers that change on a monthly basis. Also don't expect anything to be fixed in a timely manner. I have been waiting over a month for a maintenance request to be addressed. Such poor service. Apartment next to me had kitchen sink resurfaced, I called due to the fumes in my apartment the day before Thanksgiving. The management company said it is a common practice and it should be safe....
