Rear deck and offstreet parking complete the space creating the whole package. In addition to the one bedroom, there was also a dedicated space available for a gaming desk, or work desk, nice space to keep gaming or work out out of the living room. Apartment consists of large eat in kitchen, spacious living room, with fireplace, the bedroom with the adjoining workspace, and a full bath. The space is very well done in neutral colors and modern furnishings. There are no laundry facilities on site, but there are several laundromats and laundry services within blocks of this unit. Small pets allowed with deposit and review. Looking forward to hearing from you!
