This 2BR 1.5 Bath condo has a private patio and an amazing location! The condo is located at the back of the property with a scenic view. Walk to downtown Decatur with tons of shops and restaurants! Less than a mile from the Decatur Marta Station. Next to Glenlake Park with tennis and basketball courts as well as a dog park. Includes PRIVATE POOL for Decatur Square Condo Residents only. This home is on the top floor of a two-story building and includes all stainless dishwasher, range, refrigerator, central air, washer/dryer combo, patio, all window treatments, ceiling fans in bedrooms and off street parking. Rent includes water/sewer, trash, & lawn care. The resident pays gas and electric Pets allowed either 2 cats or 1 small dog (under 25 lbs). Pet references are required from prior landlord. An additional $500 deposit is required for pet. All adults over the age of 18 residing in the home must complete an application. $75 fee per applicant. If approved, the nonrefundable 1-month reservation fee is due immediately (reservation fee is applied towards the first full months' rent after move-in) and $50 administration fee. 1 month deposit due upon move-in.
