The kitchen has updated cabinets, new flooring, and a hook up for a washing machine. If you go down the hall from the living room, you will find the full bathroom and three bedrooms. This home has an attached one car garage, which leads you to a spacious back yard with a shed. There are hook ups for a washer and a dryer. Located in School Dist. 2, with easy access to I-25, Ft. Carson Army Base, and more. This property does allow pets. Pets must be no less than 12 months old. If approved, there is an additional $300 deposit per pet, and $35 pet charge per month per pet. Tenant pays all utilities. This house does NOT have A/C. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11 month lease minimum. Minimum acceptable credit score of 650. Monthly income requirement is 3 times the rent. Please call for additional qualification details and to schedule a showing.
