There is also an attached bath with shower and tub off the bedroom. The laundry room is large and has cabinets and a washer and dryer. There is parking for multiple vehicles. The rent is $1450.00 per month with the same in security deposit. Tenant pays waste management, Nevada Power and Energy and Truckee Meadows Water.
