I’ve lived at SPL for over a year and a half and I have no complaints. The unit is beautiful and modern (this is a nice change of pace compared to most other apartment complexes in West Michigan). The staff is great (maintenance and leasing). Quick to respond. They actually seem interested in taking care of their tenants. Folks will complain about the price of rent and parking; please remember it’s 2024 (nothing is cheap) and it’s downtown. The parking cost is not bad for the area. There are budget friendly units in the complex (I know because I opted for one). Before moving in, I looked at all of the complexes in West Michigan that allowed my 50 pound dog and had a washer / dryer in unit. The price of my apartment was not much more than others in less desirable areas (not to mention the outdated units many other complexes offered). Plus, if you’re into living “downtown”, Grand Rapids is a beautiful spot.

I've been in a studio plus at Studio Park Lofts for a couple of months now and I am so happy to be here! The location is incredible, right by the highway for easy access for trips outside of the city and within walking distance of so much of the amazing things Grand Rapids has to offer! Everyone I've met so far is very friendly and kind and when I needed some help with a couple of maintenance issues and with hanging curtains I was surprised by how quickly the staff connected with me and worked to address things right away. The apartment itself is beautiful and very modern. I would recommend Studio Park to anyone looking to live in a beautiful space right in the middle of where a lot of fun is happening.
