Main level has a kitchen with gas range,refrigerator and dishwasher, living room and 1/2 bath. Upper level has 3 bedrooms and full bath and lower level has a family room and laundry with washer and electric dryer. There is central air, 1 car attached garage,a small fenced back yard for a pet and a nice deck off back. Pets are allowed with owner approval and $25 pet rent per pet per month. Please no smoking in this home. Water, Sewer and Trash are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities including lawn care and snow removal. Smoking is not allowed in this home. This home does not participate in the Section 8 Program. Don't miss. Contact us to schedule a showing. $10 monthly furnace filter delivery charge will be added to the rent. Tenant is required to have a min $100,000 tenant liability coverage or renter's insurance or coverage will be put in place. We do not allow certain types of dogs that may have violent tendencies if mixed with other dogs. Examples of dogs not allowed are Pit Bulls, Rottweillers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Huskies, Chows or mixed breed with any of the above.
