Looking for responsible, quiet, and clean roommate interested in renting a bedroom for owner-occupied two bedroom townhome. The townhome is within walking distance of Expo Park and just minutes from the Aurora Mall and the Gardens at Havana shopping center. Easy access to I-225. The townhome is fully furnished except for tenant bedroom and comes with central A/C, a stackable washer/dryer unit, Smart TV, high speed internet, spacious living room area, and back patio great for BBQing. You will also have your own designated parking space along with access to a community pool during the summer months. Lease would be for 6 months. No smoking. Tenant would need to be clean and offer to share cleaning responsibilities with owner. Please note this is to rent one of the two bedrooms in the townhome. The other one is owner-occupied. Owner is very easy going, quiet, and works during day. Owner has one dog (a greyhound).
