Pre-leasing Notification (available 7/1/2023) Our home is a 5 bedroom/3.5 baths, approximately 3,500 sq feet house on 0.6 acre lot. It is set back on the lot, with a majestic long driveway, lined with pretty red leaf yucca and bright red roses to greet you. The front porch is a lovely space to sit under the pink swaying Crepe Myrtle trees. In addition to being within walking distance to our prized Eanes schools - Cedar Creek Elementary, Hill Country Middle School and Westlake High School (not to mention the Westbank library!), you are one exit from downtown. You can hop onto the major freeways within minutes or walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Our tenants have been there for the past three years and their new build house is ready for them. As they move out in 2 weeks, I will be painting the interior, replacing carpets with LVPs, modernizing the fans and also updating some kitchen appliances. Located in a cul-de-sac, there is a privacy in front of the house. The backyard is the real jewel as it is large (the lot is 0.59 acre) and very private, shielded from neighbors by a greenbelt and tall trees. There is a mix of trails and patios, including a fire pit to enjoy on chilly nights. There are two levels of Trex-like decking, one of which is a roof top deck. A well build shed provides additional storage in addition to attic space in the two car garage that has built-in cabinets. There are 3 rainwater tanks on the property, two 300 gallon tanks and two 80 gallon tanks to help water the yard. The yard itself is low maintenance since we planted drought resistant Texas plants. The yard is completely fenced in and beautiful red trumpet flowers blossom on the crossvines growing on the fence. The side yard has pavers and shade from a beautiful mature oak tree. Lazy breezy summers can be enjoyed in this refuge. There are 5 bedrooms – 3 upstairs, the master on the main floor and another master bedroom in the walkout basement which also has a sitting area that includes a small kitchenette which includes a full sink and refrigerator. It is perfect for a teenager or parents. The bathrooms are updated. The kitchen is opened to the living space and very practical for families and for entertaining. I manage the property myself and do my best to keep it in good condition as it was my home (not one of those landlords who never answer your calls!) I am looking for a responsible tenant who will care for my property and will enjoy raising their family there.
