Off the living room is the master suite with master bath that includes dual sinks, and large walk-in closet. On the main level there's also 2 other bedrooms with a full bathroom in between. Downstairs you'll find a large family room, dry-bar with mini-fridge, full bathroom, bedroom, utility room with a sink, a large multi-purpose room, and a storage room. The home includes a 2 car attached garage that includes an EV charger, laundry room with a built-in drop zone on the main level, fully fenced in yard, and permanent holiday lights. Central AC/heat. Pets welcome up to 50lbs with a $250 pet fee and $50/month pet rent. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal. 12 month lease minimum. Renters Insurance required. There is a $50 application fee per adult, deposit is $2500, and if approved there is a one time administrative fee of $150. No assistance programs. Location: 1200 Locust St, Waukee.
