My fiance and I just moved in here about a month and a half ago with our little dog. We used to live in Citrus Heights, so this place is tranquil in comparison. I was worried after reading some of the past reviews, but I haven't had any issues so far. Parking isn't too hard to find. The leasing office staff are very friendly and helpful (even after move-in). I don't hear dogs barking constantly. The apartments are huge and very clean with a lot of natural light. The bike trail on the property is stunning. The dog park is also a plus. The only negative thing I would say is the apartments are a little pricey.

We’ve been here since 2011 and this has been our best experience since Ursula, Marissa and the rest of the current staff has taken over. Their response time to our concerns and their willingness to help has been excellent. The addition of activities has made this feel more like a community than ever. Thank you all for making our stay here like home.
