Who knows who Lobo Village will pair you up with when you sign a lease with them on your own...? I had no problems with this apartment or the facilities/services included. I am moving out in order to save even more more by living with a relative, but I loved my experience here. I know you would too!! 24 hour gym and pool facilities, arcade room with ping pong and pool tables, study room and computer center, free Wi-Fi and Comcast cable in every room, and a giant movie theater you can rent out for a night of fun with friends, all included in your monthly payment. Also a shuttle drops off and picks up students every 10-15 min at the front of Lobo Village and gets us to class on time, which will save you gas money!. You can move in starting in August when you take over the lease. There are three girls already living there and they are very clean, nice, studious, and fun!! If you like to have socialize but also get your homework done, they are the perfect room mates! I hope you take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. The only requirements to live here is that you must be enrolled in classes at UNM and be a female sophomore!
