Rachel and Arturo have been nothing but wonderful in our move-in process. The community here is quiet and secure with gated access for residence. My wife and I couldn't be happier with this being our first home in New Mexico, it definitely adds to positive vibrant vibes we've been met with so far. I highly recommend this place to small families, and people looking for a nice place to live with easy access to most of the what the city has to offer.

Two months in and loving our peaceful, beautiful apartment. We appreciate the brand new appliances and flooring combined with the charm, design, and privacy of an older building. All our neighbors are awesome, but Rachel and Arturo are two of the most significant reasons living here is so nice. Both of them are very kind, responsive, and always professional. Really hoping they both stay with this property for a long time as it is easy and comfortable to work with them!
