RENTING A PRIVATE ROOM NOT THE WHOLE HOUSE. THIS IS A ROOMATE STYLE. Townhouse is located between I-575, exit 7, and Highway 92. There are many shopping center and restaurants, it is a few minutes to Woodstock downtown. The townhouse is approximately 2321 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, nice size family/dining room, kitchen. Secure and Safe Neighborhood. It's right on the interstate too. I have a Private MASTER ROOM and private bathroom. The master room is unfurnished; however, the common areas are fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen and living room. All common areas are shared and there is washer & dryer in the house. Access to swimming pool too. Master room has a huge space, not your typical master room. Parking spot is available. We don’t have drama in the house. ****All the utilities are included. (water, outside maintenance, electricity, trash, Wi-Fi) ****** Looking for a local professional individual. We are three individuals who are respectful, clean and quiet. Looking for the same qualities. Requirements: Only one person. Good Credit Full time job Background check, Job and income will be verified (no exemptions). References Renter insurance No smoker, drinkers or pets. 1 Year lease agreement.
