My roommate got a new job and is moving out November 1st. I'm looking for someone new to take his place. The rent is $3400/2 = $1700. Here are the details of the place: * Minimum 1 year lease * Available November 1st * Close to downtown Palo Alto/Stanford/Caltrain/Safeway/University Ave: * Internet + Utilities about $70 per person per month. * 2 Bathroom, 2 Bedroom. Entire apartment is 1,100 Square feet * You'll have the master bedroom and master bathroom (last 2 pics) * 2 covered underground parking spaces * No pets, smoking * Outdoor swimming pool * Coin operated laundry machines I'm a 25 year old guy, working as a software engineer at Palantir Technologies in Palo Alto. I went to UC Berkeley and graduated in 2012. Easy to get along with. I mostly keep to myself but may have friends over on the weekends to play some video games or watch football. The girlfriend stays over most days but we make sure to keep voices low so you probably won't know she's there. My hobbies include board games, basketball, and volleyball. After work, I typically relax in my room, listen to music and watch TV. I'd appreciate it if noise was kept to a minimum after 12am.
