There is also an office space in original condition, with elegant dark wood flooring and walls. Finally, there is a large semi-finished basement. Note that this home is offered *unfurnished*. The furniture in the pictures is from a previous occupant. The backyard is spacious and well-groomed, with plenty of fruit trees, and is ideal for relaxing and playing. Further details below ... The front porch has curved windows and restored hardwood floors. The entryway opens to the kitchen, which has been extensively upgraded. There is a large center island, seemingly acres of countertop space, modern appliances, and an area perfect for eating breakfast.
