About 11705 Potomac Crossing Way #13
I'm looking for somebody to takeover my roommate's and my lease on a 2 bedroom/ 2 full bathroom apartment in Fairfax Corner. Apartment complex is the Ellipse at Government Center. Located one block from Wegman's, Starbucks, and easy walk to Fairfax Corner shopping center, featuring Coastal Flats, Ozzie's, PF Changs, Rio Grande, Movie Theatres and more. Awesome location, less than 2 miles to Fair Oaks Mall, Costco, I-66, Rt 50, and Rt. 29. GMU is 5 miles away. Complex features 24 hour gym and sauna, summertime pool, tennis courts, a clubhouse that features monthly happy hours and sports game gatherings, computer room/office, awesome jogging trails around a few lakes next door to Government Center, mini grilling areas, and guest parking. Apartment is 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom 1068 square feet. One bedroom is 12'7" x 12'2" with 3 windows for lots of natural light, and has two large closets (I think one is 4 feet and the other is 6 ft). Adjacent bathroom is the larger of the two, with a stand-up shower (sorry, no bathtub) and long vanity countertop. Unit has new stackable washer and dryer in unit. Shared kitchen cabinets, linen closet, and hallway closet. The other bathroom is 12'6" x 15'6" or so with two closets, both about 4-5' wide and a private en suite bathroom with a full tub. Both of us have relocated out of the area for new jobs and are looking to find someone to take over the lease for us. The balance of the lease runs through January 2013, so you'd be committing to a one year lease. Application fee, security deposit, etc. The apartment complex requires anyone living here to be on an active lease, so you have to be able to pass their background and credit checks.
