This is a single level, new construction in-law quarters attached to a main house. The main house is owner-occupied. It has laminate floors, granite counters, one car garage with opener, and a shared backyard. Appliances include gas range, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and washer/dryer hooks up. Refrigerator being installed and will be included. Tenant would provide their own washer, and dryer. **Pets are not allowed** There is an additional $50 surcharge for water, sewer.
