Suite has a full size refrig, pod coffee maker, hot/cold water dispenser, countertop toaster oven/air fryer/convection oven, microwave & covered patio w/BBQ. We have chickens in the back property & a 75 lb black lab-mix dog. We prefer 1-2 cats, 1-2 small dogs or 1 med-large dog only in the suite. Dogs must meet our dog first-No acceptation. Smoking outside only. $1,479/mo (basic utilities included). Renters' insurance required & $300 cleaning fee paid before final month. $500 refundable security + $500 refundable pet deposit.
