Gateway has very clean apartments and nice people. I go in the office every day to have some coffee and to eat cookies! The staff take time to chat with me and are real fast at fixing problems in my apartment.

I'm not sure what these bad reviews are about in regards to maintenance. These guys have always been prompt,polite and courteous. A+ from me.
