CAN YOU SAY AMAZING!!! This 2017 built home in the Hanbury Manor subdivision in the Great Bridge section of Chesapeake has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Gleaming mahogany floors. Plantation shutters throughout. Huge den with gas fireplace is open to the kitchen and dining area. Incredible chefs kitchen has all stainless Samsung appliances, granite countertops, a 6 burner gas stove, humongous island, and built in desk. The backyard backs up to a water view. Laundry is in the second floor with the bedrooms. HUGE, bright bedrooms all have huge closets. Large laundry room has a built in countertop for easy folding and organizing. Vaulted ceilings in the primary bedroom with two large closets. Double vanity in the en-suite bath with a garden jetted tub, separate shower, and toilet room. LEASE REQUIREMENT 12 Months Minimum.
