The home opens with tall wood pillars lined throughout the common areas in the home, the living room is the centerpiece to this classy home. The kitchen includes all the appliances seen and flows into the dining area made for fun gatherings. Gather around the beehive fireplace in the living room or take a morning stroll on the Cañada Del Oro River Trail. The master bedroom is spacious with the walk in closet and attached master bathroom. The washer and dryer are included. This home will be available immediately. The rental rate is $1450.00 per month and the security deposit is $1550.00. If pets are allowed and approved, there is a $20.00 per pet monthly pet fee, plus the $150 per pet of additional deposit. 2 Pets Ok. Unless otherwise requested by the resident, our residents are automatically enrolled in our Utility and Maintenance Reduction Program. This program costs $25 per month. It typically saves residents up to 15% of their utility costs, which more than covers the cost of the program. Every adult age 18 and over must complete an application. The application fee is $55 per adult. The application process includes credit, criminal, previous rental history, employment and income verification. Our minimum rental requirements include the following: 1. The applicants' household verifiable gross monthly income must be 3 times the rental rate.
