The cottage will sleep 3 comfortably, with a queen size mattress in the loft, accessed by ladder, and a single bed downstairs. No Pets. This cottage is located in a great part of town close to nightlife, restaurants and shopping. Near by attractions include the Classen Curve shopping and restaurant area, Flip's Wine Bar and Trattoria, and a Whole Foods Market. Easy access to downtown via I-44 East. *Property is a guest house, has own access.
