Huge living room (Dining room?). Hardwood flooring everywhere. Great working kitchen with an island, and perhaps the fanciest fridge I have ever seen. Another traditional living room to the front of the house, and a huge man's land/den with a 3/4 bath in the rear. Large unfinished basement. Up the stairs to 3-4 bedrooms depending on how you use the rooms, A second floor older green house is off the back of the house. Then the 3rd floor has a couple more rooms, but you do have to walk through one to get to the next. Great back patio and outdoor space. 2 car garage, and additional off-street parking. Laundry provided. Up to 2 cats or 1 reasonable dog are covered with a 1 time $200 pet fee and $20 a month per pet. Additional pets are charged a $100 pet fee and $20 a month each. This is a NON-SMOKING Building, which includes recreational smoking. Tenant pays all utilities and provides for lawn mowing. The ideal candidate(s) will have a minimum credit score of 650, no active collections, no felonies, no violent charges of any kind, zero evictions, and have a (combined) Net or take home (IN YOUR POCKET after taxes) income of 3 (Three) times the posted rent.
