East of Sheridan Road, Rogers Park East is a paradise of parks, beaches, and Lake Michigan -- notice our location on the map! It is a vibrant, festive recreational area, filled with local characters and LOTS of activity. It is therefore also loud in warm weather months. It is very easy to get to Evanston or downtown via Red Line CTA. Many walkable restaurants and shops within walking distance. The building is very close (approx. 100 m) to Lake Michigan Beach and Loyola Park. The beach is free & open to the public year round. Bonfires permitted. Lifeguard staff during summer. Two kayaks on premises for tenant use. Tenants must have a 3.0 min income (combined earnings) to rent ratio for approval. Background and credit checks will be performed for each tenant.
