Single room available in large house next to Johnson Park and Busch Campus. Great location!! 5 min walk to the Rutgers bus. I work on Douglass Campus and I use the bus to get to my office. Everything is included in the rent price including electricity, heat, gas, a/c in the summer (window unit), laundry, off-street parking, cable TV in the kitchen. The room comes with a bed and a desk, and the kitchen is fully stocked. Graduate students are preferred. Gender doesn't matter, we have males and females both living here. No pets.
