The living/dining area and kitchen all connect with a breakfast bar separating the two, creating an open concept of feel. There is plenty of cabinet space in addition to a full size pantry. The landlord checks credit and criminal history. $40 application fee per adult resident. Lease terms are a standard 12-month contract unless agreed upon in advance.
