Smoking and vaping is prohibited everywhere on the property. • Tenant(s) to provide proof of renter’s insurance prior to move in and throughout tenancy. • Included in rent: garbage/recycling and landscape maintenance. • Tenant responsibility: water/sewer, gas, electricity. • Home to be used only as a dwelling. • Lease start date must be within a maximum of 2 weeks after the “available” date stated in the rental listing.
