This is a pet-friendly house (with extra security deposit) so people with pets and/or who are outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate that walking trails like Little Sugar Creek Greenway, Cordelia Park and Alexander Park are all within easy walking distance. Rather than live in an apartment building with loud neighbors surrounding you in every direction and cookie-cutter style living spaces, this house was designed to give you an incredibly beautiful, custom living space with higher ceilings, larger bedrooms, a larger and better kitchen, your own bathroom, and your own outdoor space.
