This beautifully renovated Victorian home has two full bathrooms, washer/dryer in the basement, and five off street parking spaces. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher and there is plenty of storage in the basement. A new furnace and new windows means you'll save on heating during the winter. Pets are allowed and we provide snow and lawn care. The house is warm and cozy, a great shared home for responsible students. Overseen by Win Win Management, a local family business, we are known for high quality, responsive tenant services. 2023 Gas/Water/Sewer averaged $35 person/month (paid by tenants) Trash service is $15 per tenant per month (contract handled by us)
