As soon as you enter this home, you will be greeted by the open floor plan with an updated kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an upgraded range hood. All of the bedrooms and the main living space feature original hardwood flooring. The main bedroom has its own updated private half bathroom. The large bonus room is flooded with natural light and will be perfect for an additional entertaining space. As you step off of the bonus area, you will be welcomed onto a partially covered deck that overlooks the large backyard. STATUS: Vacant. SHOWING INSTRUCTIONS: To view the property, you will use the lockbox that is attached to the front door of the property. You may view the property 7 days a week, between 8 am-8 pm.
