This is a Smart House, with smart features including WIFI enabled thermostat, MyQ Garage door opener, The Level smart open door control and camera, tankless water heater, Flo smart system to control the use of water, solar panels. The backyard is outstanding, recently constructed with swimming pool water (lake) front. This house offers two car garage. The neighborhood is new and very safe.
