I am moving out of my huge and quiet room in Brooklyn and am looking for a nice new roommate for my roomies. The room is very spacious, has a big built in closet and could come furnished, since I’m moving out of the country. I would ask for 150$ for the bed, couch, and the rest of the furniture in the pictures and I’m also leaving my AC for you, but we can also get rid of the furniture, if you'd rather have it unfurnished. We're a couple blocks from the Newkirk Plaza stop of the Q and B train and have several grocery stores, laundry, nail salons and bars/restaurants close by. You would be living with Marco (27) and Jordan (25) and two cats named Mika and Leo, so you have to be cat friendly :)/ Our living situation is very friendly. Meaning, we don’t just hang out in our rooms with the doors closed. We watch our favorite TV shows together sometimes, or even go out together occasionally. Of course we all have our own lives and need our privacy as well, but it’s definitely more than just a co-living situation. So, we’re looking for someone who seeks a nice, clean home where everyone does his/her share and enjoys each others company. I will be moving out on July7th, so rent will be less for the first month (730$). Regular rent is 950$ plus about 45$ per month for gas, internet and we split our Netflix account. If you’re interested in viewing the room, please send me a proper Email with some information about yourself (age, occupation, hobbies…you know the deal..give us some insight about you 🙂) and how long you are looking to stay. I will not reply to one liners. We are trying to see people this week and the coming weekend. Please be free in the evenings and on time. Good luck in your search and I’m looking forward to hearing from you! Best, Jennifer P.S.: sorry, we can’t have a couple move in. But it’s ok if you have a partner who occasionally comes over.
