I'm a friendly, relaxed male UVic student looking for the same to move in April 1st for month-to-month/ the summer or longer. The apartment is owned by myself so no pets, preferably someone with not a huge amount of furniture as I already have a full kitchen and living room set up with couches, flat screen, etc., you'd only need a bed and desk/whatnot for clothes. The room has one big double sliding window. There's also a large balcony and a gas fireplace (no charge for heat, it's included with the condo) in the living room. Everything is included and we can share internet, it's about 60$ per month. The apt door is steps from 11, 14, 15x buses to UVic and a 15 min walk from douglas and yates.
