The upstairs en suite bathroom offers a soaking tub and double sinks. Tenants will have access to all of the neighborhood amenities: community pool, lake, basketball, tennis, beach volleyball, playground, dock, catch and release, boat ramp (all of this included in your rent!). Pets are allowed with approval and fees. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance. Homeowner pays monthly HOA dues.
