Property Id: 2276828 Beautiful, clean, quiet home located in the northeast area of Columbia with about a 5 mins drive to MUSC Northeast Medical Center and about 15-25 mins drive to other area hospitals (Prisma Health hospitals, Lexington Medical Center, MUSC Downtown, and Dorn VA hospital). The home is owned by a Travel RN as well. The tenant will have their own private bedroom and bathroom which will include a queen size bed with night stands/lamps, a dresser, walk in closet, blackout curtains, and a 55 in Roku smart TV. There are smart locks on the entry and room doors and security cameras on the property. A security system is also provided. There is no cable TV but the smart TVs have access to free and paid apps for your viewing pleasure. High speed WIFI is provided as well. No pets, guests, or smoking please. If the tenant is a smoker, please smoke outside the home. The home is close to many attractions such as the Village at Sandhills, many department stores and restaurants, and convenience stores.
