We are currently looking for a third roommate to take the smaller room in our condo apartment. It's a five minute walk from the Grosvenor metro and right next to Rock Creek Park. There are two markets within walking distance, as well as several bus lines going to Bethesda and White Flint if there's anything you can't find nearby and you don't want to take the metro. It's a short ride to northwest DC and great for students! The room is the smallest one in the unit, but is at a low price being so close to the metro. It has a closet as well, and there's extra storage space in the basement. There's also a very spacious common area (see pictures). All utilities are included, but internet/cable is extra and currently runs $43 per person. There's also access to a tennis court and the pool through the condo association. It is possible to get a parking spot off the street in the lot right outside. Room will be unfurnished, but the common areas are furnished and the kitchen has everything you'd need. As for us, we're two mid-twenties males who are quiet and clean and looking for someone of similar description. Apartment is pet- and drug-free.
