This home features an inviting entry foyer that leads to (1) bedroom located on the first floor with it's own full bathroom that offers a tub/shower combo, toilet and vanity. This bathroom also serves as a guest/hall bath as well. There is a large living room off to the left of the entry and an additional, large family room on the opposite side of the kitchen. The kitchen has a dining area and kitchen with a bar area for additional seating and includes a dishwasher, stove/oven and fridge and loads of cabinet space. The family room has a fireplace and is also where you exit to your backyard paradise that includes a large fenced in yard and in ground swimming pool. As you pass through the family room towards the garage you will encounter a spacious hallway in which you can choose to go upstairs to the FROG (finished room over garage) or head towards the garage where you will enter the mud/laundry room. The mud room/laundry room also has cabinet storage and a deep sink. There is also a half bath off of this room for added convenience. The 2 car garage offers room for parking and additional storage.
