BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL. I was thinking I died and was in Heaven. You really don't know your in Portland. The BEST part Santa could not enter.....Period! I would feel totally safe there. I also LOVED the transit being so close. The staff was really friendly and I was shown around by... basically you could call her Aunty! She really makes you feel at home!!!

It was hard for my sponsor to get me in and complete all the necessary paperwork due to management stating they were too busy to keep our repeated appointments. They are focused only on renting not safety security or fire alarm /fob access system. The whole first floor is immediately accessible by anyone because the staff has never fixed the access doors or participated in limiting undesirable people and felons from gaining entry and committing crimes against the residents. The security guards are a joke if they ever show up. They were caught having guests and playing pool and sleeping in the theater. Watching tv all night. Which now is not working only receiving 2 channels. Most residents are older citizens and suffering with mobility issues in walkers with canes or wheel chairs. We even had 1 resident die in his wheelchair just outside his front door. He was there for hours. Another issue was a woman screaming for 2 hours for help and police were called and the police could not even get in the building. Windows have been broken and parties thrown by non residents. And 6-10 people per night get onto property and live in some of the unoccupied apartments or move in unchecked by management. NO ONE MONITORS THE SECURITY CAMERAS OR CHECKS WHICH PEOPLE ARE USING WHICH FOB. The security is nonexistent most nights and repairs are not done. But 70 of the 211 units are rented and they continue to accept applications without changing or acting on the problem OR enforcement of the policies. DO NOT RENT HERE! IT IS CURRENTLY UNSAFE. THERE ARE 4 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF CALLS TO POLICE. AND WHEN THEY ARRIVE THEY CANNOT GET IN BECAUSE THE ACCESS SYSTEM HAS NEVER BEEN PROGRAMED. There is no reception after 5 pm and there is only limited staff 10-5 Mon-Fri.NO SECURITY OF STAFF AFTER 5 pm or all weekend. After office hours is when the nasty stuff starts. And is going all weekend because there is no staff here all weekend and the staffs position is out of sight out of mind. They just do not care. And when you bring up incidents they do not pull the security camera footage. Once you lease here you are stuck here for that year. If you try to discuss the problems with them they shoot the messenger. They are full speed renting and are not concerned at all with safety access and security. UPDATE: The property management has hired a new manager. As the first order of duty was to placate and dismiss my reporting of the issues here at Traditions at Hazlewood. In essence. SHOOT THE MESSENGER! In reply I stated to fix the problems. They said I was scaring off potential new residents. Well, I would want anyone who is about to make a residential move to know what they were getting into. So. BE WARNED. OUT OF SIGHT OUT OF MIND. ELIMINATE THE REPORTER. SEE NO PROBLEMS! Not true. Problems abound. I will update as necessary. WELL That didn't take long. UPDATE NUMBER 2 On 01/20/25 in the early morning hours elevator number 1 of 2 elevators stopped working and contact with the car could not be established. The intercom did not work. The elevator alarm has been going off( audible sound )for over 1 month and has me never been fixed. I called the fire dept and had them come out and none of their keys worked.( there could have been one of the residents down and unresponsive )They tried the round fire dept control key and the flat key with no response. Door wouldn't even open nor would it come down to the first floor when called. by the fire dept keys. The fire dept stated that they did not have a map filled with the fire dept and guiding them to the problem which is mandatory. I had previously knocked really hard on 5 th floor 3rd floor and 1 st floor. It took 5 full grown fire dept firefighters to pry open the doors. The elevator was stuck between the 3rd and second floor. Once it was opened we could see there was no one there. Thank God. On 01/21/25 it was fixed by an elevator repair man. He stated it would fail again soon. This management will not survive a second death. But they will not fix the problems.
