We are two males seeking a third roommate either male or female. Our roommate is moving into Manhattan and we will be renting out his room. No lease is required, it will be month to month. Great location in Uptown Hoboken on Hudson Street in front of Elysian Park and a block away from Washington Street. Apartment is a railroad style, room is pretty large with no windows. Apartment is over 1200SQ FT. Heat is included,all we pay for is Electric and cooking gas which ends up being around 20-30 bucks a month plus internet and basic cable which is another 25 bucks a person. We are mid 20 professionals, one us of travels often so he is rarely around, maybe 2-3 times a week. I work long weekday hours and am usually away every other weekend. We normally keep quiet during the week but every so often we go out for a late happy hour. You will have to be ok with a dog as we have a 1year old english bulldog. He sleeps in one of the rooms. Email and text is preferred. We can show on weekends or late weekday nights.
