The house was build in the 1950s with an update to add an upstairs and expand the kitchen area in the late 1980s. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have views of the park. The main floor has the kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 full bathroom. The main floor also has a 3-season room in the back of the house overlooking the backyard and Rock Creek Park, a living room, and a study area off the living room. There is a functional, wood burning fireplace in the living room. The house has a full basement, partially finished. The basement has a small 3/4 bathroom (shower only, no tub) and laundry/utility area with a bonus full-size freezer.
