- Renting my 2nd bedroom (furnished) in my townhouse in Smyrna I'm off South Cobb Drive (exit 15 on 285). - I live here with my 2yo dog Leo who is awesome. I am 36, in med device sales, and just bought this house a little over a year ago and always making upgrades to make it cozier and nicer. I work from home when I am not on the road/in the field which is most days. $1200 including all utilities and everything. Very quiet, peaceful. Looking for someone cool, easy going, clean, and *MUST* be comfortable with big dogs. Leo is a sweet boy but he is a big boy and it's important that someone doesn't have any reservations with that. About me: I’m 36, I’m in med device sales. I travel somewhat for work but mainly I just work in the metro ATL area. If I am not out in the field, I’m working at home. I’m quite clean and take very good care of the house. I value cleanliness especially in the kitchen. I'd love to have good energy and common interests with my housemate but I'm also good at giving mental space even if we're in the same room at the same time, like the kitchen. I can be social, I also love my sleep. Sometimes I have people over but I mainly go out. About Leo: He's 2 years old and very high energy, super sweet and will die for you once you're in the circle of trust (it's easy). He loves nature walks, tug-of-war, and snuggling. About the space: This is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2400 sq. ft. Townhome in Smyrna GA. Newly renovated and all brand new appliances.
