We also have a Ring camera that you will have access to, through the app on your phone. We pride ourselves in keeping our condo clean and comfortable, so we have some requirements for our tenants. We do not allow smoking of any kind, and if smoking occurs inside (or on the balcony), the tenant will be subject to eviction and will lose their entire deposit. Also, we love furry friends, but we only allow two pets at the most. We don't have a preference on size, as long as they are well-behaved.
