Available now for a near full lease that will end on 7/31/25 The apartment is a 4 bedroom apartment, leased individually by room. We are looking for sociable and respectful individuals to join the apartment. The other 3 rooms are occupied by three males in their 20's - one is a UW undergrad and two work full-time. One individual owns a friendly dog. The house is walking distance to the capitol and near James Madison park and all the new nightlife popping up on E Washington. The house has a large front porch and sizeable back yard with a fire pit. This apartment is on the second floor, with a small balcony on the front and a 4 seasons room in the back. 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom. Washer/dryer and storage room in the basement. Security deposit and first month’s rent due at signing. Pets can be allowed in this apartment with a Pet Addendum that increases the monthly rent by $50/mo. All roommates must also agree that the pet is allowed. If interested, message me answers to the following questions: 1. How many individuals will be living in the unit? Any individuals under 18 years of age? 2. Will any pets be living in the apartment? What kind of animal? How long have you had the animal? Is it properly house-trained? 3. If you smoke, do you agree that you will only smoke outside of the apartment? 4. Have you ever been evicted or ended a lease early? 5. Do you have any criminal history that would come up on a background check? 6. Do you have verifiable income? The application fee is $20, which covers a background check I run on all my tenants. I also require proof of income. If these are issues for you, this is likely not the apartment for you. If this is not an issue for you, you can be comforted by the fact that all other tenants have been vetted :)
