GREAT LOCATION: Great neighborhood, and 5 minutes to UofL, and less than 10 minutes to downtown, the airport, or the Highlands. The home is in great condition with deck and large back yard. The home has an eat-in kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher as well as central air/heat (Low utility bills!), washer dryer hook-ups, and good neighbors! Long driveway off street parking! A small dog, or cat is Ok, but must be fixed. No Application Fee. We will never ask you to wire money or request funds through a payment app on your mobile device.
