A basement storage locker holds bikes, seasonal gear and anything else you'd like tucked away. Beds are made up with fresh linens, so you can land with a suitcase and sleep here the same night. Two ways to rent, on any fixed term from three to twelve months. $2,650 a month covers the furnished home, heat, water and an assigned parking stall, with electricity and internet in your own name. $2,985 a month is fully inclusive: electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi and propane for the barbecue are all handled, so there is nothing to set up and nothing to cancel when you leave. No additional mandatory fees on either rate. Security deposit is one month's rent. No pets; non-smoking indoors. Calls and texts welcome. Located in quiet, established Kelvin Grove. Rockyview General Hospital is a six-minute drive and Mayfair Diagnostics a two-minute walk. Routes 3 and 9 stop on Elbow Drive two minutes from the door: one bus to Mount Royal University in about 20 minutes, or Chinook LRT in about 15. Glenmore Reservoir pathways, Chinook Mall, pubs, restaurants, bakeries and a Shoppers Drug Mart are all within walking distance.
