100 Allston Ave, Unit 1 is a cozy but spacious one bedroom apartment located in a quite but central neighborhood in Worcester, MA. Located just off of Massasoit Road, the location is perfect for commuting into downtown Worcester, UMASS Medical's campus, Tufts, the Boroughs, or into the Boston area via I-90. The bedroom is large with two closets, one of them being a walk in closet. The apartment comes with access to a yard, a deck, and off street parking. There is a Price Chopper just a three minute walk away, a cute diner and the end of the street, and the walking trails of Mass Audubon down the street. The neighborhood is quite is comprised of mostly families giving a change in pace from the tower apartment complex feel. Gas and electricity is on the tenant while water and sewer costs are on the owner.
